Last updated April 27, 2026
This site (nickandashleysanders.com) is operated by Nick & Ashley Sanders (“we,” “us,” “our”) through Manfishers Music Publishing, based in the North DFW Area, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us when you fill out the contact form, mailing list form, or email us directly — typically name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically by standard web logs and analytics — IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, booking request, or support question.
- To send you the mailing list, when you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and to make it better.
- To protect the site and our visitors from abuse, fraud, and security threats.
Analytics and third-party services
We use Google Analytics (provided through Google Site Kit) to understand site traffic in aggregate. Google Analytics may set cookies and process IP addresses. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The site is hosted by Bluehost and uses Cloudflare and Jetpack for performance and security. These services may process limited request data (IP, user-agent) for those purposes.
We embed audio and video from Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube. When you interact with those embeds, those providers’ own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for site functionality, performance, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. See our Cookie Policy for the details.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above (analytics, hosting, security, mailing list delivery) so they can perform services for us, or when required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email [email protected]. If you signed up for the mailing list, every email contains an unsubscribe link.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
